EBS: Where do you currently call home?

Carolyn Caprio: Edmonton, AB

EBS: What nationality are you?

CC: English, French, Irish, Scottish, Italian, Romanian, Greek and Spanish.

EBS: How did you decide you wanted to become a model?

CC: I love being in front of the camera, it’s a form of self-expression.

EBS: If you had to play the part of a beautiful woman in a film, who seduces a handsome man (and you could choose any male actor of your choice, other them myself of course) who would you choose to seduce?

CC: Probably, Aaron Eckhart. He’s athletic, intelligent, well traveled and has a huge smile!

EBS: Who do you admire?

CC: My Mom. If I could be half the woman she is, I would depart from this world fulfilled.

EBS: What are your other talents?

CC: I’m pretty artistic. I love drawing cartoons and have danced ballet for many years. I can also play the violin, viola, piano and flute.

EBS: One of the things we do at EBSports.net is live and breath sports, especially basketball. Do you have any favorite teams and/or athletes?

CC: Oh yeah! I’m a die hard Oilers fan. When it comes to hockey, they will always be my favorite. I also like the Phoenix Suns because Steve Nash is on that team. He’s Canadian and an amazing point guard!

EBS: Now the speed round: What's your favorite Disney character?

CC: The Little Mermaid.

EBS: What's your favorite TV show?

CC: Sex and the City.

EBS: How about your favorite music?

CC: Electronica.

EBS: What's the song that's currently in heavy rotation on the iPod?

CC: Jason Nevin’s remix of “Junk” by Ferry Corsten.

EBS: I'm going to avoid the 'long walk on the beach' question, but what is your perfect day?

CC: Shopping, working out and a steak dinner.

EBS: How bout your favorite food?

CC: Chocolate walnut brownie with whipping cream, ice cream, sprinkles, hot fudge and a cherry on top.

EBS: What is the craziest dream you've ever had?

CC: I considered becoming a vegetarian after I had a dream about a chicken threatening to eat me.

EBS: What is the one thing you could not live without?

CC: My puppy Poochie.

EBS: Any guilty pleasures in your life? C'mon, everybody has 'em...haha

CC: I enjoy waking up, eating and then sleeping past noon.

EBS: Is there any kind of prep routine you do before a modeling shoot? (do pushups, recite the National Anthem, rob a bank etc.?)

CC: I just try to stay relaxed. If I’m stressed out it shows in the pictures and they don’t turn out as well.

EBS: What do you do to unwind when you're not working? Any hobbies?

CC: I like to read. Over the summer I really got into the Classics.

EBS: What is one thing about your personality that everyone should know?

CC: I’m really non-judgmental and genuine.

EBS: What's your favorite physical feature about yourself?

CC: My eyes.

EBS: What are getting your Masters degree in? Why did you choose that major?

CC: I’m doing my Masters in counselling psychology. Five years ago when I was training for my first fitness competition, I realized that the most challenging aspect was keeping myself motivated. I could easily go to the gym twice a day and eat chicken until the cows came home, but it was my internal dialogue that kept me going. Fitness is a lifestyle and a mindset.

EBS: What modeling gig are you most proud of?

CC: Appearing in American Curves 5 - 6 times.

EBS: Have you had any particularly memorable experiences while on a modeling job? It could be good or bad...

CC: I did a small shoot at my place and I had my music turned up to get into the mood. We were going to try head shots with dark eye makeup and wet hair when the landlady knocked on the door. She gave me a really strange look and told me to turn down my bass. I must have looked pretty sketchy!!! Lol!!

EBS: Future projects / where we can find you / Any last words?

CC: I’m currently training for a provincial Figure show. In the next couple months I will be shooting for Status Fitness Magazine. It’s an awesome new publication, so check it out!
